Oh no! That is not okay.

If your order arrives damaged, rest assured, we will get that replaced asap. Please send us a message here and include your order number, which item(s) were damaged, and a picture (cell phone quality is fine) of the damage. We use the picture to share feedback with our Warehouse and Shipping partners. 

Once we have the details, we'll process a replacement for you ASAP and email you with an update.
